Orders & pricing

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order (for example, if an item becomes unavailable or a price was listed in error). You'll always be refunded in full if we cancel.
• Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; see our Shipping & Returns policy.

Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor variations in color or packaging can occur. Products are general-purpose consumer goods and are not a substitute for professional equipment or advice.

Intellectual property

All site content — text, design, and branding — belongs to Adventurist Supply Co. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any theme park, resort, or entertainment company, and no product we sell is licensed by or associated with those companies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
