Shipping

• Free U.S. standard shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship at a flat $4.95.
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Because we work directly with our fulfillment partners, most items arrive in 7–14 business days. Some items may arrive in separate packages — that's normal, and every package is tracked.
• You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

• 30-day returns. If you're not happy with an item, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return or replacement.
• Items should be unused and in original packaging for a full refund.
• Arrived damaged or defective? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full — no need to mail anything back.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
